matters needing attention

1. Before use, mix the paint and curing agent according to the required proportion, mix as much as you use, and stir evenly. After 10-15 minutes, it is better to use it after filtering with 200 mesh screen, and use it up within 6 hours

2. The construction process shall be kept dry and clean. It is strictly prohibited to contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc. after the paint is prepared, the curing agent packaging barrel must be tightly covered to avoid gelling. During construction and drying, the relative humidity shall not be greater than 85%.

surface treatment

The painted surface shall be firm and clean, free of oil, dust and other dirt, and free of acid, alkali or moisture condensation. The polyurethane finish coat that has been cured for a long time can be coated only after it is roughened with sandpaper.

Storage and transportation

The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, directly exposed to sunlight, isolated from fire source and away from heat source. The storage period of paint is 12 months and that of curing agent is 12 months. During transportation, the products shall be protected from rain, sunlight and collision, and shall comply with the transportation regulations of the transportation department on dangerous chemicals.
